Tavaero Jet Charter Co-Owner Marcela White to Serve on Panel Addressing Importance of Safety and Operational Resilience at 69th Annual Business Aviation Safety Summit
Conference will be held April 30 through May 1 at Austin Marriot Downtown
HOUSTON, Texas (April 15, 2024) – Marcela White, co-owner of Tavaero Jet Charter Corp. (Tavaero), has been invited to serve on the executive panel “Operational Resiliency From Flight Level 400” at the 69th Annual Business Aviation Safety Summit (BASS). BASS 2024 is produced by Flight Safety Foundation in partnership with the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA). The Summit will be held April 30 and May 1 at the Austin Marriot Downtown located at 304 E Cesar Chavez Street in Austin, Texas.
Dr. Hassan Shahidi, president and chief executive officer of Flight Safety Foundation, will moderate this panel that will take place from 8:45 to 10 a.m. on April 30. White and her fellow panelists will address the importance of fostering safe and sustainable pathways in areas such as safety culture and leadership, mental health and well-being, risk mitigation, and resilient infrastructure. Serving with White as panelists are John Kuchta, vice president of enterprise risk management and chief security officer at Embraer, and Richard Meikle, executive vice president of operations and safety at Flight Safety International.
